BTW I did get my binder. Love it.
Lorem ipsum...?
Boring. Overused. Cicero is rolling in his grave. Or not. I'm not sure, I'm not familiar with him in depth, so I actually don't know if he'd find it irritating or not. Like this is his legacy. This is the form most people know him. And they don't even know it's him. Latin is a dead language, yet this one thing is well and alive and it's a butchered Cicero writing. Just imagine. Or don't. I can't tell you what to do.
So. Cicero.
How do you, my dear reader, pronounce his name? Is it with the s sound, like, Sisero? Or do you pronounce it the reconstructed way, like Kikero? If you are someone, whose first language isn't English, how do you pronounce it in your language? In Hungarian, the C makes a sound like the 'ts' does in English, so we pronounce his name like that, actually. Tsitsero. Now I'm starting to wonder what he would hate more. Lorem ipsum, or his name written like T s i t s e r o. Place your bets today!
I found something equally ridiculous.
Now what do you mean Marcus Antonius is commonly known as Mark Anthony in English
. Mark Anthony. Of course. Make him sound like he could be your neighbour. Are you on first name basis with him? Oh yeah, sure, you know, that Roman general, what's his name... Tony? Yeah, saw him shopping in a Tesco last week.
